Job summary

The Clinical Staff Nurse at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care on the Medical‑Surgical Telemetry unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Nursing degree required.
• One year of clinical nursing experience minimum.
• Current California Nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing process to plan and coordinate care.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and documents IPOC.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort with hourly rounding and SBAR hand-offs.
• Collaborates with care managers for discharge planning.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
