Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital in La Mirada, CA seeks a Clinical Staff Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care on the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit.

You will use the Watson Model of Care to plan, direct and evaluate care for a defined patient population. This role requires a valid California RN license, at least one year of clinical nursing experience, BLS and ACLS, and preferred CPI, EKG competence, and EMR experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

• Apply nursing process to assess and plan patient care.
• Perform accurate nursing assessments and prioritize care.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care on the assigned unit.
• Document in IPOC and communicate changes via SBAR.
• Support discharge planning with care managers.
