Deluxe Med Spa in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a personable Front Desk Assistant to join our team. You will provide friendly client interactions, handle check-ins/outs, schedule follow-ups, and assist with product recommendations in a fast-paced aesthetic setting.

The role offers advancement to a Sales Consultant based on performance and introduces opportunities to contribute to a welcoming and professional patient experience in a respected non-invasive aesthetics practice.

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a personable and highly organized Front Desk Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an interest/background in Medical Aesthetics, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is central to ensuring a seamless client experience while driving growth through effective communication, service recommendations, and the promotion of our products and services. This role has the opportunity to advance into a Sales Consultant role based on strong performance.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle check-ins/outs, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage payment transactions accurately.
• Respond to inquiries about treatments and products.
• Address minor client concerns with professionalism and elevate major issues to management as needed.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Perform opening and closing duties, as required, for the MedSpa.
• Ensure lounge areas are tidy and welcoming for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience (preferred) in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare is highly desired.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, scheduling software, and mobile devices.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Experience with SalonIris or Zenoti software is a plus.
