Job summary

Azul, a nationally awarded aesthetics group in Florida, seeks a MedSpa Coordinator Lead to optimize front desk operations and support scheduling, onboarding, and daily practice management. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager to ensure a high-quality patient experience across locations, while guiding MedSpa Coordinators and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in medical aesthetics or related patient-facing environment.
• Minimum one year as MedSpa Coordinator or similar lead role.
• Experience with front desk scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy standards.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk schedule to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Provide concierge-level patient experience in person and by phone.
• Support onboarding and training of new MedSpa Coordinators.
• Escalate operational concerns to leadership as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and communicate them to staff.
• Protect patient privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance.
