Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa is seeking a Surgery Center Manager to lead surgical operations across Azul locations in Florida. You will translate business priorities into daily operations, build high-performing teams, remove barriers, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, 5+ years in healthcare or ambulatory surgery, and 3+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• 5+ years in healthcare or aesthetics/ambulatory surgery.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-location operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of the Surgical Arts Center and surgical coordination function.
• Partner with surgeons and clinical leaders to staff and resource the surgical program.
• Monitor performance trends and plan growth, capacity, staffing, and operational improvement.
• Coach, develop, and hold accountable direct reports.
• Establish expectations and conduct leadership touchpoints and reviews.
• Partner with Regional Manager and People Operations on recruitment, performance management, and retention.
• Build a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
• Support team engagement initiatives and action planning.
• Monitor revenue, margins, patient volume, productivity, and budgets; translate data into priorities.
