Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our fast-growing practice. You will perform advanced aesthetic procedures and develop personalized treatment plans in a collaborative environment with physicians and spa professionals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong skincare knowledge, and a passion for delivering results.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience in performing aesthetic treatment.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Develop meaningful treatment plans and convert to paying patients.
• Self‑driven and self‑motivated, little to no guidance needed to complete tasks.
• Good organizational skills and follow‑through.
• Passionate about the spa industry.
• Above‑average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments in a fast paced, team environment (e.g., HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, CoolSculpting).
• Provide pricing for treatments and develop treatment plans.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in marketing events and seminars and assist physicians as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory; ensure proper stocking, dating, and labeling of supplies.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years proven experience in performing aesthetic treatment.

Primary job responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments in a fast paced, team motivated environment, including but not limited to: HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, CoolSculpting treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Develop meaningful treatment plans and convert to paying patients.
• Provide pricing for treatments.
• Develop strong, long‑standing relationships with patients in the community.
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
• Participate in marketing events and seminars.
• Assist Physician with various procedures and examinations.
• Maintain exam procedure rooms and inventory in orderly fashion according to Clinical Manager’s instructions. Routine stocking of supplies according to par levels, proper dating and initialing of all opened supplies mandatory
• Performs assigned patient care, under the supervising provider.
