Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our fast-growing team. The role focuses on delivering advanced aesthetic treatments in a clinical-spa setting, including HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, and CoolSculpting.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, educate clients on skincare, perform procedures under supervision, maintain accurate records, and participate in community

Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments in a fast-paced, team environment (HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, CoolSculpting).
• Maintain strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Develop meaningful treatment plans and convert them to paying patients.
• Provide pricing for treatments and educate clients on options.
• Build long-standing relationships with patients in the community.
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client.
• Participate in marketing events and seminars; assist physician with procedures.
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory per Clinical Manager’s instructions; stock supplies as needed.
• Perform assigned patient care under the supervising provider.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years proven experience in performing aesthetic treatment.

Primary job responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments in a fast paced, team motivated environment, including but not limited to: HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, CoolSculpting treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Develop meaningful treatment plans and convert to paying patients.
• Provide pricing for treatments.
• Develop strong, long‑standing relationships with patients in the community.
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client
• Participate in marketing events and seminars.
• Assist Physician with various procedures and examinations.
• Maintain exam procedure rooms and inventory in orderly fashion according to Clinical Manager’s instructions. Routine stocking of supplies according to par levels, proper dating and initialing of all opened supplies mandatory
• Performs assigned patient care, under the supervising provider.
