Benefit Management is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Buford, GA MedSpa to lead the front desk, grow memberships and packages, and sustain a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will partner with the Center Manager to drive performance, ensure clean facilities, and maintain high standards of service.

The role develops into a Center Manager position, with a clear path for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience in medical spa, aesthetics, salon, retail, fitness, or hospitality.
• Proven sales ability, especially with memberships, packages, or recurring programs.
• Comfortable leading a team and holding people accountable in a positive way.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with POS, scheduling, and reporting software (Zenoti experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations alongside the Center Manager and act as manager on duty in their absence.
• Open/close the clinic, handle cash, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
• Coach front desk on guest experience, consultations, and sales.
• personally sell memberships, packages, and retail.
• Manage appointment book, fill open time, reduce no-shows, confirm guests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain inventory, product ordering, and back-bar supplies.
• Support scheduling, timekeeping, and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure rooms/restrooms/areas meet cleanliness and infection-control standards.
• Support compliance, forms, charting, and documentation follow-up.
• Run and review daily/weekly reports in practice management system.
