Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Sales engineer or technical sales background with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in power distribution, switchgear manufacturing, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical estimates, quotations, and solutions for traction power substation and electrified rail applications.
• Engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions and presentations while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Provide support on DC and AC products, including DC switchgear, high-speed breakers, panels, rectifiers, power converters, and protection relays.
• Develop a strategic business plan to build a robust pipeline, identify opportunities, and achieve annual sales goals.
• Model financial business cases to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
