Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our global team. The role blends 70% technical estimating and 30% customer-facing sales, focusing on DC switchgear, power conversion systems, and traction power solutions for rail applications.

You will prepare estimates, engage clients, and deliver tailored solutions while supporting growth in a multinational, rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred).
3+ years in Sales Engineer, Project Manager, or technical sales roles with electro-mechanical solutions.
Familiarity with DC and AC power systems (LV/MV).
Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare technical estimates, quotations, and solutions for traction power substation and electrified rail projects.
Engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions and build long-term relationships.
Provide support on DC/AC products including switchgear, rectifiers, power converters, and protection relays.
Develop strategic sales plans to build a robust pipeline and meet annual targets.
Model financials to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Lead responses for RFPs/RFIs and monitor market trends.
