Job summary

CereCore is seeking an experienced LAB Analyst to support MEDITECH Expanse LAB implementation across HCA facilities. You will configure workflows, validate lab processes, and assist with go-live readiness while partnering with clinical and IT teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Expanse LAB implementations, strong documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise healthcare environment with occasional travel to Nashville for go-live support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MEDITECH Expanse LAB implementation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end lab workflows.
• Experience configuring, testing, and supporting LAB workflows.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module.
• Partner with lab leadership, clinicians, and IT to design and validate lab workflows.
• Advise clients on best-practice LAB workflows and Expanse LAB features.
• Configure LAB functionality including microbiology interfaces and integrations.
• Participate in go-live preparation and remote command center support.
• Analyze lab data to support operational, clinical, and billing workflows.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and workflow artifacts.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Share knowledge through peer training and collaborative problem solving.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
