Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare interface experience.
Experience with EMR; MEDITECH Expanse preferred.
Deep expertise in interface engines and HL7 standards.

Responsibilities

Lead design, support, maintenance, and testing of complex interfaces between MEDITECH Expanse and internal/external systems.
Oversee pre- and post-implementation testing strategies and successful deployments.
Serve as SME in HL7, interface engines, and integration best practices.
Lead troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Drive process improvements and standardization of interface workflows.
