Job summary

CereCore is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Go Live Support Team member to drive deployment and integration of MEDITECH Expanse EHR systems across HCA facilities. The role involves travel and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption, with comprehensive training and go-live support.

Ideal candidates have strong inpatient operation experience, end-user support skills, and familiarity with EHR environments.

Qualifications

• Active U.S.-based Pharmacy Technician license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Recent inpatient pharmacy technician experience required.
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy workflows including medication distribution, IV workflows, and automated dispensing systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to provide onsite go-live support for MEDITECH Expanse implementations across facilities.
• Participate in workflow decisions and trainings.
• Provide end-user support during go-live to assist with navigation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
