Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Nashville seeks an experienced EHR Lab Product Analyst II Expanse ITOC to lead implementation and support of MEDITECH Expanse applications within the OM/ToC space. You will ensure alignment with Expanse strategy and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to address product and workflow issues.

The role requires strong analytical and technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years EHR support experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues and risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on technical leadership for analysis, implementation, and support of MEDITECH applications.
• Leads command center support for resolution of Expanse issues.
• Collaborates with product analysts to resolve issues for facility end users.
