Job summary

CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Expanse LAB Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Expanse LAB module across HCA facilities. You will partner with laboratory staff, clinicians, and IT teams to configure workflows, validate processes, and assist with go-lives and remote command center activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with MEDITECH Expanse LAB implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical laboratory workflows.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in healthcare IT.
• Willingness to travel to Nashville occasionally for go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the MEDITECH Expanse LAB module.
• Design and validate optimal lab workflows with stakeholders.
• Advise on best-practice LAB functionality and workflows.
• Configure LAB functionality including microbiology interfaces and integrations.
• Support go-live preparation and remote Command Center activities.
• Analyze lab data to support operational and billing workflows.
• Develop project documents, build guides, and workflow artifacts.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation to leadership.
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge through training.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements.
