Job summary

CereCore is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, requiring strong organizational skills and effective collaboration with stakeholders to deliver on scope, timeline, and budget.

The PM will assist in project coordination, support system build activities, and facilitate communication across clinical and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition through each project phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience.
• Prior MEDITECH Expanse implementation project experience.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused with proactive approach.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects and ensure tasks stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Document technical and functional requirements and provide system guidance to clients.
• Participate in workflow and gap analysis to propose process improvements.
• Support system build activities and participate in testing events for quality.
• Provide onsite and remote support for clients and team members.
• Identify risks and issues and escalate per project guidelines.
• Maintain project tracking, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Assist in post-project review and documentation updates.
