Job summary

You will assist in project coordination, support system implementation, and facilitate cross-team communication for smooth project transitions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT project management experience, exposure to hospital operations, and familiarity with EHR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience required.
• Exposure to hospital operations preferred.
• Experience with MEDITECH Expanse EHR implementation is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate project requirements and collaborate effectively within project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Contribute to documentation of technical and functional requirements, providing system guidance to clients.
• Participate in workflow and gap analysis, offering recommendations for process improvements.
• Support system build activities and participate in testing events to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide onsite and remote support for clients and team members.
• Identify risks and issues, escalating them appropriately per project guidelines.
• Maintain proper project tracking, status reporting, and adherence to issue and risk escalation processes.
• Assist in post-project review and documentation updates.
