Job summary

Netpace Inc. is seeking an IT Applications Systems Specialist for a community hospital, with hands-on Meditech Expanse EMR experience to support, troubleshoot, maintain and improve clinical workflows across care settings.

The role requires 5+ years of Expanse experience, collaboration with clinicians and IT staff, system upgrades and testing, and training of physicians and other users to maximize patient care quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Meditech Expanse experience.
• Experience supporting acute care hospitals or ambulatory settings.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT.
• Ability to train physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Meditech Expanse EMR.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist healthcare staff with system-related requests.
• Coordinate system updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Train and support physicians and other clinical users on EMR applications.
• Test and implement system improvements and fixes.
• Work with clinical and IT teams to improve workflows and application performance.
• Maintain system accuracy, reliability, and data integrity.
