Job summary

The Meditech Senior Analyst at Comunidade Metodista is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day operation of Meditech's Expanse Solution across remote, Canada-based settings. You will demonstrate module expertise, provide training, and handle reporting, QA, and regulatory compliance while working with clinical staff,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Meditech Expanse to fit workflows and needs.
• Provide frontline user support to clinical staff and end-users.
• Ensure data integrity and apply quality controls in data handling.
• Analyze workflows with providers to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and resolutions.
• Provide training to staff on Meditech usage and create training materials.
• Generate reports and analyze data to assess performance and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Meaningful Use (MIPS/MACRA).
• Collaborate with providers, admins, and IT to address needs and challenges.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist in problem resolution.
