Domnovate is seeking a Meditech Systems Specialist in Grand Junction, CO to lead clinical app support and optimization. This permanent role requires deep Meditech Expanse EMR expertise and strong stakeholder collaboration with physicians and IT teams.

You will own system decisions, coordinate updates, train users, and ensure data integrity across acute and ambulatory settings. This position offers a stable environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of acute or ambulatory Meditech Expanse EHR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a health IT or related field.
• Experience providing system support and training to clinicians.
• Strong communication with physicians and IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide product ownership and senior level expertise on Meditech Expanse EMR decisions and priorities.
• Provide daily support for application systems focusing on Meditech Expanse, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Coordinate and manage system updates and upgrades for all relevant application systems.
• Provide utilization training on EMR standards for providers and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist users by troubleshooting and resolving requests received through the service desk, including user provisioning and enhancement requests.
• Manage and resolve system incidents, escalating critical issues to vendors as necessary to maintain system uptime and service quality.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of clinical and administrative applications.
• Manage quality testing for projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Work with operational teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency; monitor system performance.
