MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for Sunday-Thursday day shift (5:45 AM - 10:15 AM). The role focuses on compassionate resident care and medication administration under physician plans, following safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned.
• Notify Supervisor if medications are not administered as directed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication and care records.
• Track medication changes and communicate with the pharmacy.
• Support caregivers in performing their duties as needed.
• Document incidents and changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Maintain a safe environment following policies and procedures.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies for the department.
• Promote teamwork and provide mentoring and recognition within MBK principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by health services leadership.

Education
