The role requires 1+ years in a similar healthcare role, a High School diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. Join a team focused on quality care, safety, and respectful resident interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification required or must obtain.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience handling medications is preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Must be 18+, pass background/health screening, and HIPAA-compliant.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments as scheduled.
• Document incidents, changes in condition, and medication administrations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication records and reports.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and follow safety policies.
