Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Medication Technician/Caregiver to assist residents with medications and daily living activities, with shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or able to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare or similar setting.
• Experience with medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and care as assigned.
• Notify supervisor if medication is not administered correctly.
• Maintain confidential records of resident medication and care.
• Track medication changes and communicate with pharmacy.
• Support caregivers in duties per Caregiver job description.
• Document information and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests.
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with regulations.
