MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate medication administration and daily living assistance to residents. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to regulations, and teamwork within a hospitality-driven environment.

The position details include a full-time schedule, Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required by state regulations.
• Experience with documenting medication passes and resident care.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily medications and care per plans.
• Document and communicate any deviations or changes to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medication and care records.
• Notify supervisors about medication administration issues and missing meds.
• Support caregivers and colleagues in daily job duties.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach others as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
