MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to document, deliver and administer medicines to residents with superior customer service, in line with policies and regulations. The role supports daily living activities and collaborates with the health team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

You will work a 6am-2:30pm shift on Friday, Saturday and Monday, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ and have proper work permit
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience handling medications preferred
• Background clearances as required by law
• Must read, write and speak English
• Must meet state regulatory requirements

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily medications and care
• Observe and document medication ingestion or application
• Notify supervisor if medication is not administered properly
• Maintain confidential medication and care records
• Coordinate medication services with pharmacy and physician
• Prepare medications up to 24 hours in advance
• Participate in narcotic counts at shift start/end
• Assist caregivers with duties as needed
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
• Conduct safety drills and ensure resident safety
• Document incident reports and communicate changes in condition
