Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate resident care, assisting with medication administration and daily living activities. The role requires 1+ year healthcare experience, ability to document accurately, and adherence to state regulations.

The position is full-time with a 2pm–10pm schedule (Wed–Sat). Competitive pay of $21–$22 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching up to 4%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• State regulations may require additional certification/education.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document and maintain records of medication administration and care.
• Notify supervisor of any deviations or issues with medications.
• Track orders and communicate changes to the pharmacy.
• Support Caregiver duties as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests.
• Maintain safety and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality resident care.
