Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification or equivalent experience in senior care.
• Ability to follow medication orders and MAR protocols.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and clinical leaders.
• Comfort with using electronic MAR systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of medication administration and company policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for medication-related questions.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as needed.
• Demonstrate Bickford Mission ‘Whatever it Takes’ on shift.
