Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech – CNA/HCA to provide compassionate, hands-on medication administration and daily living support to residents. You will join a team dedicated to safety, comfort, and wellbeing in a supportive environment.

The role requires a valid state CNA/HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and a commitment to teamwork, accuracy, and respectful resident interactions. Weekend rotation may be part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication as per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinating re-orders with pharmacies.
