Cogir USA seeks a Medication Technician (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with medication administration and daily living activities. You will join a team that supports residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities include medication management, documentation, inventory, and collaboration with pharmacies, families, and staff. Weekend rotation may be required, and a valid CNA/HCA license with CPR/First Aid is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily medication administration, including self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and storage conditions; coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Promote independence and engage residents with ongoing companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Foster open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
