Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Full-time Caregiver-Medication Technician I in Missoula, MT. The role provides routine daily care, including medication assistance, within a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will support ADLs, mobility, and social engagement while following the facility’s care plan and safety protocols. Day shift with rotational weekends, comprehensive training, and opportunities to grow within our team.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents into/out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, following safety techniques.
• Communicate information and observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Assist residents to walk with/without self-help devices as instructed.
• Encourage residents to socialize and participate in scheduled activities and outings.
