Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a compassionate CNA Medication Tech to provide resident-first care in our continuing care community. You will administer medications safely, assist with daily living tasks, and partner with the nursing team to support dignity and independence for residents.

You will observe changes in residents' conditions, document information accurately, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and eligibility to serve as a Medication Tech per state requirements.
• Strong attention to safety, medication administration, and infection control.
• Excellent observation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to serving seniors.
