QSL Management is a fast-growing senior living company seeking a Medication Technician for The Barclay at Saint Augustine, 3pm-11pm, with weekend part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report health changes and record progress on daily data sheets.
• Ensure medication management follows The Blake standards and state rules.
• Explain medication dosage when needed and distribute meds to residents with records.
• Assist with dining and activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

We are currently looking for a Medication Technician for The Barclay at Saint Augustine for the 3pm to 11pm shift. We also have part time for weekends 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.

Primary Responsibilities of the Medication Technician:

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements
