Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assists in Medication Administration per health care provider instructions.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administration and outcomes.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Observes residents health and emotional condition and reports changes to nurse.
• Provides companionship and supports resident engagement in activities.
