Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and report adverse effects.
• Assist residents with personal care, dressing, grooming and activities of daily living.
• Assist in dining rooms and provide resident care and monitoring.
• Promote safety and infection control practices and report unsafe situations.
