Job summary

• Interacts with patients and pharmacies to troubleshoot and resolve prescription refill issues.
• Provides phone support for general patient inquiries regarding medication refills.
• Monitors and processes the Refill Line and other prescription requests.
• Communicates with patients and staff across departments to ensure accuracy.
