Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance prior to referrals.
• Complete urgent referrals within 24 hours when requested.
• Assist with scheduling urgent referral appointments.
• Complete non-urgent referrals within 5 business days.
• Document referral steps and prior authorizations in the EMR.
• Notify patients of referral details.
