Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and pharmacies to troubleshoot and resolve prescription refill issues.
• Provides phone support for general patient inquiries regarding medication refills.
• Monitors and processes the Refill Line and other prescription requests.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and professional relationships.
• Communicates effectively with patients and across departments.
