The Pharmacy is seeking a per diem Medication Reconciliation Technician to join their team!
Summary: This position is per diem with variable hours.
The Medication Reconciliation Technician (MRT) provides technical support by obtaining, verifying for accuracy, and recording initial medication histories from patients and/or designated family and/or caregivers upon admission.
