The Pharmacy is seeking a per diem Medication Reconciliation Technician to join their team!

Summary: This position is per diem with variable hours.

The Medication Reconciliation Technician (MRT) provides technical support by obtaining, verifying for accuracy, and recording initial medication histories from patients and/or designated family and/or caregivers upon admission.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Current applicable state license as a pharmacy technician preferred; CPhT preferred or eligible per state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
3. One year of experience as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or related healthcare experience preferred.
