Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Field Services Technician, you will install and service cutting-edge technology, providing expert-level support. You will also have opportunities to leverage service and installation appointments into additional revenue streams, acting with honesty and integrity to ensure customer peace of mind.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (car, retail, insurance, B2C, call center)
• Technical experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn, solar, etc.)
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work independently and in team environments

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
