Job summary

Lone Oak in Eugene, OR is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to ensure the safe delivery of medications and support residents’ wellness. The role leads shift activities, coordinates care partners, and upholds Compass Senior Living policies.

You will pass medications, assist with self-administration, train staff, participate in interviews, and help maintain the Growth and Wellness plan, all while showing compassion and professionalism with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Pass medications to residents and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Lead and model collaboration for Care Partners on the shift.
• Coordinate scheduling with RCC and Administrator to support wellness plans.

Responsibilities

• The Medication Technician/Passer delivers medications safely and monitors resident responses.
• Provides orientation and training for new Care Partners and Med Techs as required.
• Supervises storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents' medications.
