Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Pass medication and assist self-administration as required.
• Guide and mentor Care Partners on the shift.
• Lead the Care Partners as a role model of kindness and accountability.
• Interview and orient new Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Provide ongoing training and retraining as required by regulations.
• Collaborate with the Administrator for scheduling and staffing.
• Supervise storage, distribution, and discontinuation of residents’ medication.
• Maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies.
