Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to safely pass medications and support residents’ wellness. You will lead Care Partners on your shift, coordinate with leadership, and ensure compliance with all policies.

The role emphasizes compassionate interactions with elders and families while maintaining accuracy and safety. The position requires teamwork, strong English communication, and ability to work with online systems.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration per state law.
• Lead Care Partners on shift with kindness and accountability.
• Assist with interviewing and orientation of new staff.
• Provide ongoing training to Care Partners and Med Techs.
• Coordinate with RCC and Administrator on scheduling.
• Ensure proper storage, distribution, and discontinuation of meds.
• Maintain compliance with Compass Senior Living policies.
