Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a part-time Medication Partner to support residents with compassion and professionalism. The shift is 7:00am–7:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our Columbia location.

You will ensure proper administration of medication, maintain medication carts and records, and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• State-certified medication assistant per guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with co-workers.
• English reading, writing and speaking with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment and TB testing annually.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications properly.
• Maintain medication carts and records.
• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).
