Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Medication Partner in Springfield, MO. The role supports residents by ensuring accurate medication administration and maintaining meticulous records. It offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and commensurate hourly pay from $17.50 to $23.25.

Shifts are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm to 7:00am at our Fremont location, 1520 E. Bates, Springfield, MO 65804. We value empathy, generosity, engagement, and proactive care, and promote from within where possible.

Qualifications

• Advocate of Empathy—build human connection with residents.
• Excellent English reading/writing and communication.
• Professional in appearance and conduct; mature interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and records.
• Assist residents with ADLs during shifts.
