Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO seeks a part-time Medication Partner for 7am–7pm shifts. You will ensure proper administration of medications and support residents with daily activities in a home-like setting.

Must be 18+, have current state certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong English communication, professional appearance, and reliable computer skills are required. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the US.
• Active state certification per guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for team work.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Print documents and enter resident information as needed.
