Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• State certification per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care.
