Arrow Senior Living in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner to ensure safe medication administration and compassionate resident care. You will maintain medication carts, document accurately, and assist residents with daily living activities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, state-certified, with a high school diploma, and fluent in English. A professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Health screening including TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medications.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate records.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Create empathetic connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Support residents’ daily comfort and well-being.
