Arrow Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner to join our team. The role involves administering medications, keeping carts organized, and assisting residents with daily activities during evening shifts from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong English communication. Qualified candidates must be 18+, certified as required by state guidelines, and pass health and background screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active and good standing state medication certification.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong interpersonal skills; effective with residents and coworkers.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening and TB test per policy.
