Township Senior Living is seeking a part-time Medication Partner in Battlefield, MO. The role runs 7:00am–7:00pm on Wednesday and Thursday with pay between $17.50 and $23.25 per hour. You will administer medications, maintain carts and records, and help residents with daily activities in a home-like setting.

The position requires empathy, professionalism, and strong English communication. Prior state certification and health screening are required; commitment to resident well-being is essential.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Certification per state guidelines and active in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter resident information using a computer.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to or after employment; TB test positive.
• Includes requirements for health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
