The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. is seeking a Medication Specialist to oversee the Medication Observation Program at the Keenan House North program.

You will provide medication support and supervise observation for residents, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. You will train residential staff on medication observation practices, coordinate with healthcare providers, and help manage inventory and documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year residential addiction treatment experience required.
• 1+ year of medication observation experience preferred.
• EMO Health Medication Specialist Training preferred; training within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the Medication Observation Program at the Keenan House North program.
• Provide medication support and observation management for residents.
• Train and support residential staff around medication observation practices and policies.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and pharmacies to manage refills and ensure medication availability.
• Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality and security of medications.
